Process Automation Analyst

The Business Process Automation Analyst / Business Systems Analysts (Intelligent Process Automation) will be gathering project requirements as well as creating, designing, developing and participating in successful implementation of intelligent business process automation systems. You will also be required to create detailed process documentation and assure the quality of automation. You will develop workflows and decision flows with a business-oriented decision management framework for business processes configuration using drag&drop interface. You will be involved in setup and configuration of integrations with external systems via REST\SOAP, including BI, reporting and SQL queries development.

Responsibilities
  • Understanding customer challenges and key business goals through discovery calls, discussions, and workshops.
  • Gather, analyze, organize and document business requirements within the scope of the contract and translate this into specific technical requirements for the development team.
  • Manage requirements by creating use cases, specifications (including RTM, BRD, SRS, FRS), UML diagrams, wireframes, etc.
  • Efficiently communicate with clients to identify and understand business process improvement opportunities, assess automation feasibility, estimate development complexity and timelines, and support development resource planning needs.
  • Define and lead the intelligent process automation systems configuration and development using visual business and decision flow building tools.

TECHNICAL Business Analyst

Business Analyst

Summary: The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Someone whom has strong development experience and background as well as whom is very technical. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing

Responsibilities:
  • Improve computer systems and applications, which requires analysis and testing of all systems currently in use by the business.
  • Design and write new computer programs and applications.
  • Test and debug all current and new applications by the technical business analyst on a regular basis.
  • Finding data and computer system risks and implementing new programming to address and eliminate these risks.
  • Create data conversion scripts in order to digitally store data. Some highly sensitive information may need to be encrypted before it is entered into the system.
  • Research data and write reports about computer systems, processes, and applications.
  • Communicate verbally and in written form with other technical staff, informing them of potential risks and briefing them on newly created computer programs.
  • Understand client’s business cases

Support Engineer

requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

Enterprise Account Executive

requirements:
  • 5+ Years of experience in B2B complex software sales to Lending organisations and carrying revenue quota
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree
  • Experience of using proven sales methodologies (i.e. Sandler, Challenger Sales, Miller Heiman or similar).
  • Previous experience of working for a software vendor in Enterprise Sales role capacity is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of financial terminology and work experience in a Bank or NFBC is a plus
